Hi, I’m Kristen Schwartz, founder of Realized Empath, and a highly sensitive person who has spent years building successful brands that align with my passions and values. Before creating Realized Empath, I was the CEO of Joli Bebe Organic, an organic infant clothing brand that was carried in over 60 stores worldwide.
My experience in launching and growing this brand gave me firsthand insight into the unique challenges of building a business as an empath and highly sensitive person.
